N2F Pilot School District Survey

Thank you for your interest the pilot studies being conducted by Nourish to Flourish. Pilots will be conducted beginning July 1st, 2019 and continuing through December 2020. Visit N2F, a “home” for all stakeholders to learn more and N2F initiatives and get involved.

We are seeking a diverse group of schools in terms of size, participation and a commitment to innovation. A willingness to adopt and utilize new software applications for menu planning and production records is necessary to become a pilot. Please complete this application form to confirm your interest in becoming a pilot school or district with multiple pilot schools. Answers should be provided in the context of the school(s) within your district being proposed.
